• Handle accounting tasks, maintain accurate financial records, process invoices, reconcile accounts, and provide administrative support
• Up to 25,000,000 LAK plus Other Allowance

The Role

This role involves working closely with finance, sales, and operational teams to maintain strong financial controls and efficient accounting processes

Responsibilities

• Preparing and maintaining accurate financial records, general ledgers, and account reconciliations
• Processing invoices, payments, and expense reports in a timely manner
• Monitoring financial transactions and ensuring compliance with accounting standards
• Supporting month-end and year-end closing activities
• Coordinating with internal teams to resolve accounting discrepancies
• Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Implementing and improving accounting procedures and policies for better efficiency
• Ensuring proper documentation and supporting audits when required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum two years of experience in general accounting or a similar role
• Strong proficiency in both written and spoken Lao and English
• Experience with ERP systems and strong MS Office skills
• High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking
• Confidence to work with a range of internal and external stakeholder
