Analyze financial data and provide insights for business decisions
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
Prepare accurate and timely management reports and dashboards
Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with management to support strategic initiatives
Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures
Contribute to process improvements and financial system enhancements

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 2 years in analysis or reporting
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
Fluency in English and Khmer is preferred
