Project Sales at a Construction Company in Laos

The Role

The ideal candidate will manage client relationships, drive business development, and coordinate with internal teams for successful project delivery. This is a key role for someone experienced in B2B technical sales with a strong understanding of commercial air conditioning systems and project execution.

About the Company

Our client is a regional construction company also in Laos, known for delivering innovative and high-quality solutions in mechanical ventilation, air-conditioning, electrical, and plumbing systems. 

Description

  • Achieve company and team KPIs while managing product (AC)
  • Identify new sales opportunities, build strong client networks, and close profitable deals.
  • Presentations, negotiations, and coordinate closely with internal teams for project execution.
  • Maintain accurate records and report regularly on market insights and pipeline status.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales roles
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields.
  • MUST speak English and native Laotian
  • Proven success in B2B technical sales and negotiation.
