The Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to drive dealer and key account sales for a CCTV solution provider in Laos. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge, excellent relationship-building skills, and a track record of meeting sales targets

Our client is a CCTV and surveillance solutions provider in Laos, known for delivering high-quality security systems and maintaining strong relationships with both dealers and key accounts across the country

Description

  • Manage and grow relationships with dealers and major key accounts
  • Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of monthly and annual targets
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with technical and support teams to deliver excellent customer service
  • Report directly to the Regional Sales Director

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the security systems or electronics industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field
  • Communication skills in English and Laotian
  • Proven experience in managing dealer networks and key accounts
