The Role

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Supervisor to join a pharmaceutical company in Laos. The successful candidate will be experienced in dealer sales and key account management, with a passion for driving growth and building long-term business relationships

Description

  • Lead and manage dealer sales operations
  • Develop and maintain key account relationships
  • Execute sales strategies and monitor KPIs
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in pharmaceuticals
  • Bachelor's degree in Medical, Pharmacy, or related fields
  • Proficiency in English and Laotian
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and people management skills
