The Area Manager oversees operations within a designated region, ensuring locations meet performance targets, uphold company standards, and deliver excellent customer service. They bridge senior management and local teams, driving sales, managing budgets, and ensuring operational excellence

Description

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring standards, and lead recruitment, training, and performance of staff
• Drive revenue through strategy, market analysis, and collaboration with marketing on promotions
• Ensure excellent service and regulatory compliance across locations
• Manage budgets, track financial performance, and report insights to leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree holder in Medication, Marketing and other related qualification will be advantaged
• 2+ years of professional experience in Pharmaceutical or Medical industry
• Fluent English is a must
