Description

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue and market share goals
• Set individual and team sales targets and monitor progress through regular performance reviews
• Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
• Prepare and present detailed sales performance reports and market analyses to management

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Trading or FMCG industry and at least 2 years of experience in management level
• Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged
• Business English is a must and only open for Native Laotian
• Manage relationships with existing customers while actively pursuing new clients
