Regional Sales Manager (HORECA) at a Leading Beverage Company in Vientiane Lao

  • Responsible for managing a team, driving commercial growth, and strengthening relationships and night market visits, a strong leadership presence, and a proven track record in managing HORECA sales channels
  •  Up to 50,000,000 LAK and other allowances

Description

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share within the HORECA channel (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, Bars, and Clubs)
  • Build strong partnerships with trade customers and ensure best-in-class execution at outlets
  • Conduct regular market visits, including evenings/nighttime, to oversee trade visibility, promotional activities, and customer engagement
  • Achieve regional sales targets, analyze performance
  • Support the rollout of marketing campaigns and trade promotions

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience in HORECA industry and at least 5 years of experience in management level
  • Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged
  • Business English is a must
  • Drive market development via customer acquisition, business planning, sales management, coaching and training
