Description

• Maintain compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and food hygiene standards
• Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and optimize costs
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing feedback and resolving complaints promptly
• Maintain brand reputation by delivering consistent quality in food, service, and ambiance

Requirements

• Around 5 years of experience in related industry and at least 2 years of experience in management level
• Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged
• Business English is a must
• Excellent understanding of restaurant operations, customer service standards, and food safety regulations
