Description

• Oversee daily operations of multiple franchise locations, ensuring compliance with brand standards, SOPs, and health/safety regulations
• Conduct regular store audits to assess performance, cleanliness, food quality, and customer service
• Monitor P&L statements, labor costs, food costs, and other KPIs to ensure profitability
• Develop strategies to maximize revenue, control expenses, and optimize inventory management
• Manage relationships with suppliers, distributors, and vendors to ensure quality and cost efficiency

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in related industry and at least 4 years of experience in management level
• Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged
• Business English is a must
• Ability to lead, develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational performance
