Description

• Create and oversee the development of internal and external communication materials, including newsletters, speeches, press releases, and presentations
• Ensure all communication aligns with the brand's voice, tone, and messaging guidelines
• Manage crisis communication plans and respond promptly to any public relations issues
• Monitor and analyze media coverage, consumer feedback, and industry trends to refine PR strategies
• Provide regular reports on PR performance, highlighting key insights and areas for improvement

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in related industry and at least 5 years of experience in management level
• Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged
• Native Laotian and Business English is a must
• Experience in enhancing brand visibility and reputation in the food and beverage industry
