Head of Sales at a Group of Companies in Vientiane, Laos

  • Responsible for driving revenue growth and overseeing the strategic direction of the sales function within the pharmaceutical sector, ensure the achievement of sales targets, market share growth, and client satisfaction by leading, managing, and developing the sales team
  • Up to 80,000,000 LAK and other allowances

Description

  • Develop and implement the overall sales strategy to drive market share, revenue growth, and profitability
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities
  • Set sales targets and KPIs, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions when necessary
  • Manage the sales budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation. Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to support business planning

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience in Sales Industry and at least 5 years of experience in management level
  • Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged
  • Native Laotian and Business English is a must
  • In-depth knowledge of the distribution channels for pharmaceuticals and consumer goods
