Description

• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, sales targets, and customer service standards
• Recruit, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional performance and uphold brand image
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales growth, enhance customer experience, and optimize profitability
• Reporting Line: Regional or District Manager within the retail company hierarchy

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in related industry and at least 2 years of experience in management level
• Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged
• English & Laotian are a must
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
