Description
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve sales targets and revenue growth objectives
- Manage and oversee the sales team, ensuring effective collaboration within the team and with other departments such as marketing, customer service, and dealership networks
- Analyze market trends, customer behaviours, and competitor activities to refine strategies and capitalize on sales opportunities
- Create detailed reports on sales performance, customer engagement, and ROI specific to the industry
- Collaborate closely with the marketing department to align sales campaigns with product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in related industry and at least 3 years of experience in management level
- Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged
- Business English is a must and Native Laotian
- Identify and engage potential customers through digital channels, utilising CRM systems
