Description

• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital sales strategy to achieve sales targets and revenue growth objectives
• Manage and oversee the digital sales team, ensuring effective collaboration within the team and with other departments such as marketing, customer service, and dealership networks
• Analyze market trends, customer behaviours, and competitor activities to refine strategies and capitalize on digital sales opportunities
• Create detailed reports on digital sales performance, customer engagement, and ROI specific to the industry
• Collaborate closely with the marketing department to align digital sales campaigns with product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in related industry and at least 3 years of experience in management level
• Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged
• Business English is a must and Native Laotian
• Identify and engage potential customers through digital channels, utilising CRM systems
