Description

  • Lead and motivate a team of automotive sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales goals.

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue and market share growth.

  • Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

  • Conduct regular sales training and coaching sessions to develop the skills and knowledge of the sales team.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in the leading Automotive industry and at least 2 years of experience in the management level

  • Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualifications will be advantaged

  • Native Laotian and Business English is a must.

  • Has good experience in people management, sales management and communication skills.
