Description
Lead and motivate a team of automotive sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales goals.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue and market share growth.
Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Conduct regular sales training and coaching sessions to develop the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in the leading Automotive industry and at least 2 years of experience in the management level
Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualifications will be advantaged
Native Laotian and Business English is a must.
Has good experience in people management, sales management and communication skills.
