Description
- Generate and maintain comprehensive reports on marketing, sales, and inventory.
- Analyse sales trends to make informed decisions and adjustments as needed.
- Conduct resource planning for the brand, including recruitment, hiring, promotion, and talent retention.
- Oversee day-to-day brand operations, including forecasting, sales target management, and store and inventory management.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Hospitality or Restaurant Services and at least 3 years of experience in management level
- Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged
- Native Laotian and Business English is a must
- Open for expat who can speak Thai or Loas.
- Has good experience in people management, operation and communication skills.
