Description

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed store sales targets. Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by training staff in best practices and handling customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently
• Oversee inventory levels, manage stock control procedures, and ensure effective merchandising displays to attract customers and optimize sales
• Manage the store's budget, including monitoring expenses and payroll, and ensure accurate cash handling and financial reporting

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Sales industry and at least 2 years of experience in management level
• Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged
• Native Laotian and Intermediate English is a must
• Experience in handling with inventory management, sales analysis, and customer service best practices
