​Sales Executive at a Hospitality Industry Company in Luang Prabang

  • Responsible for Corporate Sales, Customer Account Development / Management, Customer Care
  • Up to 12,500,000 LAK plus service money and competitive benefits and allowances

The Role

The ideal talent will be responsible for taking care of existing customer accounts and developing new customer accounts by generating leads, and proactively approaching customers across Embassies, NGOs, and Enterprise customers. This is an independent role and reports to the Sales Manager and Sales Director

Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for existing and potential customers, negotiating and confirming all events in line with the Hotels Sales Strategy
  • Identify up-selling opportunities and maximize revenue through catering and group bookings while efficiently handling customer inquiries
  • Report directly to the Sales Manager or Director of Sales to ensure effective sales operations
  • Provide efficient and effective service within predefined parameters to close sales and enhance customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in any field
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, strong interpersonal and leadership skills, proficiency in English communication, and a proven track record in driving results and negotiating effectively
  • Mandatory Fluent English speaker
  • Unique Requirement: Proactiveness, Service Mindset, and Lone Hunter
