Description

• Develop and implement comprehensive monitoring and evaluation frameworks for projects, including clear indicators, data collection methods, and reporting mechanisms
• Analyse monitoring and evaluation data to identify trends, lessons learned, and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to project teams
• Provide technical support and capacity building to project staff and partners on monitoring, evaluation, and learning methodologies and tools
• Ensure compliance with donor requirements, organizational policies, and ethical standards in all monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning activities

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in related industry and at least 3 years of experience in management level
• Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged
• Business English is a must
