  • Develop and implement efficient and effective processes to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies accordingly
  • Ensure a positive and seamless customer experience by resolving escalated issues and addressing customer concerns promptly
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and logistics, to align customer support with overall business objectives


  • At least 5 years of experience in related industry and at least 3 years of experience in management level
  • Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged
  • Business English is a must
  • Must have knowledge of management principles and familiarity with company products, services, and policies
