• Responsible for overseeing the development and commercialization of pharmaceutical products, from conception to launch
• Up to 30,000,000 LAK and other allowances

Description

• Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps for assigned pharmaceutical products, aligning with overall business objectives and market needs
• Collaborate cross-functionally with research and development, marketing, sales, regulatory affairs, and other departments to drive product development and commercialization efforts
• Manage the product lifecycle, including product launches, lifecycle management, and product discontinuation strategies, to maximize product performance and profitability
• Develop and execute marketing plans and promotional campaigns to support product launches and ongoing marketing efforts, including digital marketing initiatives, key opinion leader engagement, and educational programs
• Direct report to Group Product Manager

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in related industry and at least 2 years of experience in management level
• Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged
• Business English is a must
