Description

• Design and implement research projects to address key questions and challenges related to our organization's mission and objectives
• Lead a team of researchers in conducting primary and secondary research, including literature reviews, surveys, interviews, focus groups, and data analysis
• Develop research methodologies and protocols that adhere to ethical standards and best practices in the field
• Analyze research findings to draw actionable insights and recommendations for program development, advocacy efforts, and strategic decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research findings into program design, monitoring and evaluation frameworks, and organizational strategies

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in related industry and at least 3 years of experience in management level
• Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged
• Business English is a must
