Admin and Operations Officer at a Leading Outsourcing & Corporate Secretarial Services Firm in Vientiane

  • Salary: Up to 8,000,000 LAK plus Other Benefits
  • Reporting Manager: Country Manager (“CM”)

Main Purpose of the Role:

  • Provide administrative support and guidance to managers and staff across the full range of Admin and Operations activities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation, review, and submission of immigration-related documentation, including visa applications, work permits, stay permits, and permanent residency documentation.
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted in a timely manner, coordinating closely with clients and relevant government authorities.
  • Provide translation support between English and Lao, as required by internal departments and client engagements.
  • Submit official recommendation letters and supporting documents to government offices (Village Office, Provincial Police, Tax Offices, and other authorities).
  • Manage the collection and delivery of administrative and banking-related documents, including cheques, tokens, corporate resolutions, and official forms.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Corporate Services team and other business functions in Laos.
  • Oversee general office administration, including stationery control, replenishment, and coordination with maintenance vendors for repairs or replacements of office equipment.
  • Assist in coordinating special projects by organizing requirements, scheduling activities, and tracking completion results.
  • Perform day-to-day administrative duties and other tasks assigned by the Country Manager to support overall office efficiency.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as reasonably required from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Prefer 2 years of professional experience in handling Administrative and government related tasks
  • Good command in English is a must.
  • Detailed oriented, flexible, and responsible personality
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 Office package
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills with impeccable multitasking abilities
  • Exceptional inter-personal communication skills and a dynamic team player.
