Responsible for overseeing and managing the valuation of residential, commercial, and land properties for collateral and lending purposes.

This role involves in deep technical knowledge in property appraisal, strong market analysis capabilities, and the ability to lead a team of appraisers while ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Our client specializes in providing financial leasing services primarily for vehicles, focusing on non-real estate retail finance.

Description

Lead and manage the property appraisal team for house and land valuations.
Conduct and review valuations of residential, commercial, and land properties used as loan collateral.
Develop and maintain appraisal methodologies, valuation models, and reporting standards.
Stay up to date with property market trends, regulatory changes, and valuation best practices.
Collaborate with credit, legal, and operations teams to ensure reliable appraisal processes.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Professional certifications in property valuation or appraisal.
At least 5 years of property valuation experience with 3+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.
Strong understanding of valuation methodologies for land and residential/commercial properties.
Familiarity with local property markets and legal/regulatory requirements.
Fluency in Lao and/or Thai and English is a strong advantage.
