• Responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with high-value clients, including Individuals, SMEs, or Corporate customers.
• Up to 80,000,000 LAK plus other attractive allowances.

Description

• Develop and manage long-term relationships with key corporate clients and business partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and design customized insurance solutions for companies.
• Negotiate terms and close deals to secure group life and employee benefits contracts.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and excellent service delivery
• Maintain an active pipeline and regularly report on sales performance and client feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related fields.
• Proven experience in Business Development and Client Engagement especially in Lending and Deposits in Banking Industry
• Strong ability to analyse, articulate, and present high-quality credit applications to the committee.
• In-depth knowledge of key business functions and operations within a fully licensed commercial bank.
• Good with proficiency in both written and oral in English and/or Lao.
