• Responsible for identifying the opportunities with high-net-worth and institutional clients, expand market reach, and build strong commercial relationships with new and existing partners
• Up to 60,000,000 LAK plus other attractive allowances

Description

• Develop innovative business strategies and drive tactical initiatives for branch expansion and profitability
• Implement business initiatives that align with customer needs while maintaining acceptable credit risk levels
• Engage in promotional activities, joint training programs, and foster strong partnerships with external stakeholders
• Supervise product implementation and marketing activities to ensure successful execution
• Ensure the retail sales team operates effectively and efficiently within the strategic framework set by management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related fields
• Proven experience in Business Development and Client Engagement especially in Lending and Deposits
• Strong ability to analyse, articulate, and present high-quality credit applications to the committee
• In-depth knowledge of key business functions and operations within a fully licensed commercial bank
• Good with proficiency in both written and oral in English and/or Lao
