Description

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare and analyse financial statements and reports to support decision-making processes.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax laws, and internal financial policies.
• Reconcile bank statements, monitor cash flow, and manage financial transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors to ensure smooth financial operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of professional experience in accounting or finance, preferably within the financial services sector.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or other related field.
• Strong understanding of local tax regulations and accounting standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications.
• Native Laotian with proficiency in both written and oral in English
