Description

• Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve bank goals and objectives
• Manage and lead a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and training as needed
• Monitor operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Oversee budgeting and financial planning for the operations department

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance and Banking, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent communication to deal with correspondent banks
• Ability to maintain the highest ethical standards and practices at the Bank of Laos and other related Regulatory
• Good with proficiency in both written and oral in English and/or Lao
