Responsible for overseeing the collection of overdue accounts and ensure effective debt recovery processes.
Up to 30,000,000 LAK plus other allowances

Description

Lead the collections team to achieve performance targets and maintain high standards of customer service.
Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients to facilitate successful resolution of collection issues.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize collection processes and improve recovery rates.
Manage a team of collection agents, developing strategies to improve collection rates.
Evaluate credit risk and develop policies to mitigate potential losses, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in Collections or Debt Recovery with a proven record of success within financial sectors such as Banking or Microfinance or Consumer Leasing
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or Marketing, Statistics are preferred major fields
Strong analytical and strategies thinking skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
Only Native Laotian with proficiency in both written and oral in English
