• Responsible for leading the internal audit function, ensuring the business operations and processes comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Up to 100,000,000 LAK plus other attractive allowances

Description

• Develop audit strategies and provide insights to enhance risk management and operational efficiency
• Develop and implement a comprehensive audit plan covering all aspects of the operations
• Ensure all audits comply with local and international regulations, as well as internal policies
• Present audit findings and recommendations to senior management and the board, highlighting areas for improvement and risk mitigation
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders including Audit Committee and BODs from other countries

Requirements

• Minimum 5 to 8 years of working experience in Internal Auditing Management in Financial Services Industry such as Banks, Microfinance and Fintech
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CIA) preferred
• Excellent communication skills to effectively present audit findings and recommendations
• Ability to maintain the highest ethical standards and practices at the Bank of Laos and other related Regulatory
• Good with proficiency in both written and oral in English and/or Lao. We are also welcome to Expatriates who can relocate in Laos
