Description

• Identify and evaluate potential risks that could impact the bank’s operations and financial health.
• Develop and implement strategies to minimize and control risks, including the creation of risk policies and procedures
  collaborate closely with various departments, including finance, legal, and operations, to integrate risk management practices across the organization.
• Continuously monitor risk exposures and the effectiveness of risk management strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience as a Risk Management and Assessment in financial related industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., FRM, PRM) are a plus.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and banking regulations.
• Exceptional analytical skills and an eye for detail
• Good Command in both written and oral in Lao and English languages
