Job Description

• Supervise a team of logistics coordinators, providing guidance and support to ensure the efficient execution of logistics operations 
• Assess logistics performance indicators, which include delivery times, order accuracy, and transportation costs, and implement necessary corrective actions 
• Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations to guarantee the safe and efficient execution of all logistics activities 
• Oversee the maintenance and servicing of logistics equipment, such as trucks and forklifts, to ensure their proper maintenance 
• Estimate duties and taxes for upcoming shipments and address associated planning and concerns, as well as prepare and present logistics reports to senior management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree 
• Minimum 5-7 years of management experience in a related field 
• Strong leadership skills 
• Great communication in English
