Role Overview

The Research Associate plays a pivotal role in our team, specializing in sourcing top-tier candidates that align with our team's unique specialties. This position offers the opportunity to delve deep into various industries or job specializations, building a robust network and laying the foundation for successful placements.

Key Area of Responsibility

1. Candidate Sourcing:

  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage potential candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, referrals from existing network, Facebook, and other talent databases.
  • Understand the nuances and specific requirements of the roles to match candidates effectively.

2. Shortlisting:

  • Shortlisting of candidates sourced by the Research Associate to relevant roles handled by Consultants.

3. Network Development:

  • Build and foster relationships with industry professionals, creating a robust network within the specific job specialization.

4. Candidate Engagement:

  • Initiate conversations with potential candidates to source their CVs.
  • Regularly engage with sourced candidates to build relationships and gather referrals.

5. Collaboration with Teams:

  • Work closely with internal teams to understand their specific needs and preferences.
  • Share market intelligence and insights with team members to optimize the recruitment process.

6. Database Management:

  • Ensure that candidate information is up-to-date and organized within the CRM.
  • Regularly update and manage the talent pool, ensuring that data is readily available for future placements.

7. Continuous Learning:

  • Stay updated with the latest sourcing tools, industry trends, and recruitment methodologies.
  • Engage in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and industry knowledge.


  • Strong communication skills in both English and Laotian.
  • Prefer good communication skills in Thai.
  • Driven personality and a commitment to exceed KPIs.
  • Strong computer literacy and able to type at more than 40 words per minute.
  • Flexible personality.
  • Highly focused on teamwork.
  • Up to one year experience in sales & customer service field
