• To responsible for the taxation and inventory controlling
• Up to 20,000,000 LAK plus other allowances and benefits
  

The Role 

Mainly responsible for managing the accounts receivable and payable processes and ensuring timely.

Description

• Oversee the management of the company's accounts receivable and payable function
• Ensure the accurate and timely processing of customer invoices and payments, maintaining a strong focus on precision
• Vigilantly monitor customer accounts for outstanding balances and diligently follow up with customers to secure prompt payments
• Engage in collaborative efforts with the Sales, Marketing teams, and Shipping Lines to efficiently address customer payment issues and disputes
• Provide valuable support for month-end accounts closing procedures
• Efficiently coordinate with both internal and external auditors to facilitate audits as required
• Effectively manage Commercial Tax Payment and Return processes

Requirements

• Holding B. Com or CPA or ACCA (Part II) is preferable
• At least 5 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field (Preferable in Foreign Company)
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software 
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy 
• Strong organizational and time management skills 
• Good customer service and good command in English
