The Role
Responsible for leading and managing the overall human resource’s function, including change management, talent acquisition, employee engagement, organizational development, performance management, and HR compliance while collaborating with all stakeholders to achieve the company’s strategic business objectives.

Description
- Provide strategic HR leadership and advice to executive management on all people-related matters
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with the organization’s business goals
- Lead talent acquisition, succession planning, leadership development, and employee retention programs
- Oversee performance management systems, compensation and benefits structures, and employee engagement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with Myanmar labor laws, company policies, and relevant regulatory requirements
- Drive organizational culture, change management, and workforce planning initiatives
- Manage employee relations matters and provide guidance on complex HR issues and employment practices
- Monitor HR programs and processes to ensure effectiveness and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field is a must; Master’s degree or professional HR certifications will be highly preferred
- At least 10-15 years of progressive Human Resources experience with a minimum of 7 years in a senior leadership or executive HR role within a multinational or international organization
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices; experience working across multiple countries or regions is highly preferred
- Proven experience in developing and executing HR strategies that support business objectives and organizational growth
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience in talent management, succession planning, organizational development, and change management
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to drive organizational culture, employee engagement, and high-performance workforce initiatives
- Open to expatriate candidates with extensive experience in leading HR functions within international organizations
