Our client is a well-known automotive trading company that provides variety of passenger and commercial vehicles.

Description

• Manage the branch's overall business performance, including revenue, profitability, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction
• Lead all sales activities to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Oversee the daily operations of the showroom, administration, customer service, and after-sales service centre
• Manage branch operating budgets and expenses to achieve profitability objectives

Requirements

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in automotive retail, dealership operations, sales management, or a related industry
• Strong communication skills in English and Lao. Thai is a plus
• Strong understanding of automotive retail operations, dealership management, and customer buying behaviour
