The Role

Exciting opportunity for an experienced individual with a strong background in key account management, sales, and business development, preferably within FMCG or HORECA environments

Description

• Manage and develop HORECA Key Accounts
• Manage and negotiate trading terms with customers to optimize company spending while maintaining strong partnerships
• Develop pricing and promotional strategies aligned with company guidelines
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members to achieve sales targets and enhance service quality

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Key Account Management (HORECA preferred)
• Strong communication skills in English and Lao
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
