Exciting opportunity for an experienced individual who has a strong business development, government sales, technical experience in hydropower, or electrical industry

Description

• Drive business development by identifying service opportunities in hydropower plants and nurturing strong customer relationships
• Lead the execution of service projects, ensuring profitability, quality, and customer satisfaction
• Manage and support a team of Technical Advisors and Field Engineers, coordinating resources and timelines effectively
• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government authorities
• Oversee proposal development and contract management, including warranty and invoicing processes

Requirements

• Minimum 7 to 10 years of relevant experience with a degree in Engineering or equivalent technical background
• Strong leadership and project management skills, with a proven track record in service execution
• Familiarity with hydroelectric systems, particularly in generator testing and electrical balance of plant
• Willingness to travel up to 60% and work with remote teams; experience with CRM tools like Salesforce and SAP is a plus
