Our client is a rapidly expanding organization specializing in the supply of animal feed to across Laos

Description

•  Develop sales strategies and achieve target in the dedicated areas
• Cultivate and sustain partnerships with distribution networks and major customers
•  Spearhead promotional initiatives and define performance benchmarks for the commercial team
•  Provide regular updates and insights to the Area Sales Manager

Requirements

• Between 5 to 7 years of relevant sales experience in the animal feed industry
• Must possess strong command of business-level Vietnamese communication
• Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and manage a field-based salesforce
