About the Company

Our client is a growing biochemical production company that support rural communities to increase crop production in Laos

Description

• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow market share
• Identify key distribution partners and direct clients and maintain relationship with them
• Lead the strategic marketing activities, and set the sales target for the sales team
• Report to the Managing Director

Requirements

• 7-10 years of relevant marketing experience in agriculture industry, 5 years in managerial position
• Business English is a must
• A strong leadership, management skills are key parts of the role
• Open for both local Laotian and Expatriates residing in Laos
