Leasing Supervisor at a Leading Real Estate Developer in Vientiane 

• Develop and execute leasing strategies, and achieve annual revenue target
• Up to 18,000,000 LAK plus annual performance bonus

The Role 

Excellent opportunity for an experienced individual who has a strong leasing, corporate sales experience in real estate, industrial estate, property services industry

Our client is a leading local conglomerate in Laos which focuses in the Real Estate, F&B, Construction and Property Services industry in Cambodia. 

Description

• Develop and execute leasing strategies for all properties
• Achieve rental and occupancy KPI set by management
• Manage tenant relations and resolve tenant issues
• Work with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the property
• Directly report to the Sales and Marketing Manager  

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant leasing experience in real estate, property services industry
• Must be fluent in English and Mandarin
• Business Acumen, Initiative and Confident individuals are preferable
