Sales Manager – Heavy Truck at a Construction Machinery Manufacturing Company in Laos

  • Responsible for driving the sales development of heavy truck units in Laos
  • Up to 54,000,000 LAK

The Role

The ideal background for the role includes strong experience in heavy machinery truck sales, speak at least intermediate English and has strong customer connections in the relevant market, mandarin language proficiency would be highly advantages but not mandatory

Description

  • Prospect and qualify new sales leads
  • Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects
  • Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products
  • Track all sales activities in company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly
  • Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments
  • Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
  • Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
  • Meet and/or exceed quotas
  • Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Minimum 2 - 3 years or more of work experience in sales of heavy machinery products
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin Language would be an added advantage
  • Possess a car would be added advantage
