Experience in setting up an office in the Lao market, good knowledge and understanding of compliance nature, rules & regulations in Lao

The company is entering the Laos market and setting up its first physical presence in Laos to offer world-leading engineering solutions


  • Responsible for setting up a branch office in Laos and setting up overall company SOPs and operational procedures
  • Understands automobiles by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features, comparing, and contrasting competitive models
  • Qualifies buyers by understanding buyers’ requirements and interests, matching requirements, and interests to various models, and building rapport
  • Converting showroom visitors into customers by understanding their needs and interests and matching them to the most appropriate vehicles
  • Set sales objectives and establish action plans for achieving set targets
  • Lead the team by setting examples on how to properly plan, prospect, initiate, manage, and close sales opportunities
  • Provide leadership to the sales team
  • Motivates and encourages the sales team to ensure targets are met
  • Perform product demonstrations, installations, and application support


  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical or similar degree
  • Minimum 8 years of experience, including strong commercial experience in Heavy Machinery and experience in setting up branch offices in Lao Market
  • Strong local market, and construction machinery knowledge of heavy machinery
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
  • Can drive a car and have a valid driving license
  • Proficiency in English skills in both verbal & written
