Description
- Identify and target potential fleet customers, including large corporations and government entities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships
- Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve fleet sales targets, including pricing, marketing, and promotional activities
- Engage in negotiations with clients to finalize contracts and agreements
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies
- Coordinate with finance, service, and logistics departments to ensure smooth delivery and servicing of fleet vehicles
- Provide training and support to the sales team on fleet products and services
- Offer clients comprehensive fleet management solutions, including maintenance packages and telematics
- Monitor sales performance against targets and adjust strategies as needed
- Gather client feedback to improve service offerings and resolve issues
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote fleet offerings
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive sales or a related field.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets, with strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building capabilities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address client needs effectively.
- Ability to build and leverage industry relationships for business growth.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
