Business Development Manager at an International M&E Solution Provider Company in Vientiane

  • Responsible for developing and representing potential clients on M&E solutions based on the client verticals
  • Up to 45,000,000 LAK per month

The Role

The ideal background for the role comes from M&E service sales and a sound understanding of the engineering solution. Individuals with experience handling product sales to construction or industrial markets can be considered alternatives

Established business organization in Lao Market and market leader in M&E services such as M&E construction projects, clean energy projects, power distribution, and building facilities management

Description

  • Identify business opportunities, potential growth areas, and prospects through the network and other sources
  • Develop and maintain business relationships with prospects and clients
  • Develop company M&E solutions in the market and attract prospects
  • Assist and coordinate within the divisions and monitor the project timeline
  • Find possible project tenders in the market form the necessary strategy and plan to increase the chance of winning the tenders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of business development experience in M&E or construction-related product sales experience
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
  • Can drive a car and have a valid driving license
  • Proficiency in English skills in both verbal & written in addition to the Lao language
