Sales Specialist at Construction Machinery Manufacturing Company in Laos

The Role

The ideal background for the role includes strong market knowledge of the construction machinery market and an understanding of different verticals of customer segments—ability to work independently and able to handle end-to-end sales processes. Possessing a high competency in Mandarin speaking would be an added advantage to the role

Description

  • Visit end customers and companies, and establish, maintain, and update customer files in the database system
  • Responsible for public relationship development, building and keeping sustainable relationships with clients
  • Develop business opportunities and follow up on the orders
  • Collect project information and promote sales, analyze competitor information
  • Develop sales plan and implementation plan together, complete sales targets
  • Participate in commercial negotiations for key projects to ensure that regional business objectives are met
  • Support financing and collection work

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical or similar degree
  • Minimum 2 - 3 years of project sales experience in the construction machinery industry, strong local market, and construction machinery knowledge on heavy machinery such as Excavator, Mobile Cranes, Concrete, Tower Crane, Forklifts, Foundations, Aerial Work Machinery, Minning, etc.
  • Having skills for coordinating with leasing is one of the key requirements
  • Can drive a car and have a valid driving license
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin Language would be an added advantage
