The ideal background for the role includes strong market knowledge of the construction and industrial market conditions of Laos. Good experience in selling construction materials products, able to work independently, and understand the logistics of the business nature

Description

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the construction industry
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions using our construction materials products
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for construction materials
• Identify and pursue new project opportunities, collaborating with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders
• Stay informed about the latest trends and innovations in construction materials
• Provide technical expertise and product knowledge to clients, ensuring they are well-informed about our offerings
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities
• Analyse market conditions and adapt sales strategies accordingly
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful promotional materials and campaigns
• Work closely with the project management and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate product delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of project sales experience in the construction materials
• Can drive a car and have a valid driving license
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin Language would be an added advantage
