Finance Manager at a Property Management company in Vientiane

Oversee the financial operations of the company, ensuring accurate financial reporting

Up to 50,000,000 LAK plus other allowances and benefits

Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies and long-term plans

Analyze financial performance and provide insights to support decision-making

Oversee day-to-day accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger

Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets

Support investment and financing decisions with detailed financial analysis

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, finance, preferably in property management or real estate industry

Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting

Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite

Fluent in English and Lao language (both written and spoken) is required
