The Role

Responsible for supporting the implementation of HR policies and practices while managing employee relations, recruitment, employee engagement, and HR administration to support business objectives.

Descriptions

• Support managers in implementing HR policies and procedures across the organization
• Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention initiatives
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely HR documentation
• Coordinate performance management and employee development activities
• Support employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures
• Prepare HR reports and analyze employee data to support management decisions
• Assist in training and development programs to enhance employee capabilities
• Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies and workplace matters

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in an HR Supervisor or similar role
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, employee relations, and HR practices
• Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in English and Vietnamese languages, both written and spoken
