Description

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger maintenance
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of tax filings and liaise with tax authorities for compliance
• Monitor and reconcile bank transactions, cash flows, and financial records
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
• Maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure adherence to financial policies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance and processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in the mining or related industries
• Strong knowledge of local taxation and financial regulations in Lao PDR
• Proficiency in English and Lao language, both written and spoken
